We are hiring two STRONG PEOPLE to assist us with a two day Set-up and one day Strike & Reload project.
We will be working inside the track at the Indianpolis Motor Speedway - 4790 West 16th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46222
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL THREE (3) DAYS OF THIS PROJECT!
Tuesday, July 21st from 1pm to 5pm (4 hour offloading)
Wednesday, July 22nd from 9am to 2pm (5 hours set building)
Sunday, July 26th from 4:45 to approximately 10pm (5 to 6 hour strike, repacking & reloading)
We are paying $30.00 an hour and will pay you electronically via CashApp, Zelle or Venmo right after you finish on Sunday!!!
Our Team Members must be able to lift 60 to 75 pounds by themselves, though with two Team Members, we ofter assist each other with the heavier items.
The first day on Tuesday, we offload all of the display materials and set everything up in a certain order to make the Wednesday build that much easier.
On Wednesday, our Team, including you, assembles an interactive display that race ffans can come into and check out information from one of the race's sponsors.
On Sunday, given your now gained expertise at sorting and assembling the display, we rely on the two Team Members to help disasemble, repack and reload the display back into our transporter. This aspect of the job will take between 5 and 6 hours normally.
If you can commit to work on our Labor Team, please send us a conservative headshot or photo from you shoulders up so we know who we will be working with this week in Indy. Track Security also uses the photo to create workers badges, so we want a good photo of you alone to put on your badge.
You must include the following information in your response to jaubry@pbapromos.com:
1.) Your full legal name as shown on your ID. ID will be needed to access the Infield where we will be working.
2.) Your cell phone numberr with area code. You must also give us permission to put you in a Team Group Text Message so we can keep everyone informed at the same time.
3.) Your email address as we may have to send you a Parking Pass or other IMS Track Information. Because we pay electronically, we also need your email address to confirm the Sunday payout.
4.) DO NOT FORGET THE PICTURE!!!
5.) Please tell us if you can lift between 50 and 75 pounds by yourself. Can you work well with other Team Members? What skills do you have that make you a great fit for our positions? Do you know anyone else who is strong and might want to work with you for three days this week?

We also highly suggest you text the Account Manager, JoAnn Aubry, at (609)685-3181. You should include your headshot and a brief message like: "Hello, I'm __________ (INsert your full name as found on your ID) and I can work the three day display assembly and strike this week at the INDIANAPOLIS MOTOR SPEEDWAY. I am available, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday and understand I will be paid $30.00 an hour electronically on Sunday after we finish the event strike and reloading. Let's get to work!"
