Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced CNC Machine Programmer to join our team. This role is responsible for programming, optimizing, and supporting CNC operations for custom millwork production. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of woodworking processes , CNC programming, and the ability to work closely with the design and production team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Modify & optimize CNC programs for machinery
-Interpret shop drawings, blueprints and CAD files for production
-Collaborate with managers and shop to ensure accuracy and efficiency
-Set up tooling, fixtures and materials for CNC Operations
-Troubleshoot programming and machinery issues
-Ensure quality standards and production timelines are met
-Assist in improving workflow and production efficiency
Qualifications:
-Proof of experience in CNC Programming in Millwork or woodworking environment
-Knowledge of wood species, materials, and fabrication techniques
-Basic CAD/CAM design experience
