This is my (your) Butterscotch Blond 1952 American Vintage Reissue Telecaster, made in the US in 2004. I'm the second owner and have all the original case candy (that I know of) included: leather strap, certificate from Fender, hangtags, bridge cover, replacement six-saddle bridge, capacitors for wiring back to vintage (treble filter) mode. I recorded an EP with this guitar and played one or two shows with it, always taking good care of it. Since 2012, I've kept it at home in it's case. Might be willing to hear offers but not in a rush to get rid of this.
No mechanical issues. Tone is exactly what you'd expect and want from a butterscotch tele, and the neck is straight and solid. Both pickups sound great and the knobs are not scratchy at all. I did have it professionally updated to modern, three-position switching using the kit and instructions included by Fender. That neck pickup is not to be missed. There is some moderate buckle rash and finish checking on the back but the only real 'ding' is on the back of the headstock (see photo). The previous owner thought the dark lines on the back were from being stored with a strap on it, but I believe that it is actually WOOD grain. It's under the nitrocellulose finish and actually very pretty and cool looking/unique.
I will only meet in a public place and accept cash or we meet at my bank to deposit funds.
