It is 10"x10".
It came to me with a deep gash. The color was orange and yellow. Here's the problem: drummers want their kits to match.So, I decided to make this a Side Snare.
I removed all the hardware and sanded the finish off, then repaired the damage.
The drum received a new stain finish and a sophisticated application of Polyurethane. It was then wet sanded to 2500 grit and polished. The result is a beautiful mirror finish.
I bought the snare hardware: bottom snare hoop, snare throw-off, butt end, and 20-strand snares. A snare well was created in the shell.
It was then reassembled to what you see here.
New heads were put on and the drum was professionally tuned. It sounds amazing.
The drum is listed as new because the finished product is new.
