We are looking for an energetic detailed Office Coordinator. This position oversees our office operations including but not limited to office supply management, inventory/warehouse supply management (including inventory counts), incoming/outgoing mail, package delivery services, building vendors and most importantly being the front-line contact with our vendors, customers and internal office team. Requirements: Detailed background check

Minimum Experience: at least 1-year experience in front office setting, demonstrated customer service & phone skills and proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite programs. Ability to handle HIGH call volume and Attendance is an Essential Job Function.
