Base Salary- $20 per hour. 10 hours per week, plus bonus. Bonus is estimated to be an additional $100 - $200 per week. Including Bonus, the hourly rate should be in the $30- $40 range.
This is a part time 1099 Independent Contractor position. You will receive a 1099 from Milestone at the end of the year if your income from us exceeds $2000 in 2026. You will be required to complete a W-9 form prior to starting work.

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to help manage and keep our lead flow organized. This will include heavy spreadsheet use and managing our online dialing app Cloud Talk. https://www.cloudtalk.io/onboarding-portal/
The successful candidate will be highly detailed oriented and very organized.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the overall flow and process of the leads.
Manage and track leads from start to finish- From E-mails being sent; to website visit; to Business Development Managers (BDM’s) calling them; to the final result.
Track the prospects that visit the website.
Review leads for phone numbers and get missing phone numbers. (Data Cleaning)
After cleaning, Distribute the website visit leads to (BDM’s).
Track BDM’s actions, results, call lists, time sheets, payroll, etc.
Track results of leads.
Manage CLOUD Talk for tracking leads.
This is a remotely based position. This is a long term position and could lead to more hours for the right individual.
