Our menu consists exclusively of steamed/warmed items and other cafe sides. Because nothing is fried and we do not produce grease vapors, our operation DOES NOT require a commercial hood or exhaust system.

-budget: up to $900/month
-sinks: space must have or allow for the hookup of standard utility/commercial sinks
