The Store Manager in Training will be responsible for learning the position of Store Manager to prove ability to perform as a leader, merchandiser and meet personal and team sales goals.
Part Time or Full Time with benefits. Must be available to work retail hours.
Achieving store goals through driving sales
Customer relationships: building strong customer connections to result in repeat visits
Store operations: keeping the store running smoothly
Ensuring the store is well merchandised and visually appealing
Recruiting, training, managing and providing coaching and development to ensure your team are challenged, seeing the energy up and achieving results
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 to 2 years retail lead or assistant management experience
Fluent in women's fashion and styling trends
Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
POS and basic office equipment skills
Ability to analyze sales and traffic reports and strategically problem solve
Outgoing, high energy, positive, infectious attitude
