The home is located Near Eastside Indianapolis about a mile east of Mass Ave and the Bottleworks district. There’s a coffee shop right around corner you can walk to, and a couple restaurants/bars that are also walkable and have solid food. New floors, furniture, and paint in the shared living spaces. Front porch and fenced backyard with patio for grilling and chilling. You’d be filling the 3rd of 3 bedrooms, and would share a bathroom with the other housemate (there are two sinks though). Utilities included in rent so no additional costs.
