I have a room available in a four bedroom ranch home. It is one of the larger rooms. It is 600 a month with a $600 security deposit. I the landlord pay all the utilities and I pay for the Internet. I pay for five streaming movie channels also. There are two males that live there now and one female. I am looking for another female. There is two living room rooms and a big fenced in backyard. We do have one resident cat. The cats name is monkey. There will not be any other animals allowed at the rental. This is a very quiet place and there is no drama here.
