I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the first floor of Delaware Court, located on 1015 N Delaware St. It is conveniently located downtown (walking distance from Mass Ave and Monument Circle), and one minute away from I-65/I-70. Your share of the rent would be $350 a month, plus electric on top of that. Lot parking is free.
