The room includes a single bed, a closet, a horizontal dresser with a large mirror. It also has blackout curtains because the previous tenant worked third shift).
As a tenant you have the use of the COMMON AREAS in my home including: the kitchen (with cabinet space for your "food"), the living room, a full bathroom (and another half-bath shared by myself and another tenant), the utility room (with a washer & dryer) and the outside deck. (See the photos.)
My home is a safe, clean, quiet place to come back to at the end of the day. I have "CODED door locks" and cameras in and around the entire property. The lease states that TENANTS and their guests may NOT SMOKE, VAPE, HAVE ALCOHOL or use NON=PRESCRIPTION DRUGS in my home or on my property. I don't allow pets and I don't permit inappropriate DRAMA .
Rent is $550/mo PLUS WiFi (for $25 a month extra, IF you chose to use my signal).
