Here is a summary of how it works:
Find a new home from a list I can email you of over 1000 new construction homes currently for sale in Indianapolis and surrounding counties.
If you see a home you like from the list I can schedule an appointment for you to see it.
If we can't find a new construction home that is currently on the market you like, then we can visit the builder's model home. I must be with you on your first visit in order to register you as my buyer otherwise I will not be able to represent you and offer you a rebate.
Example: If you purchase a home for $500,000 I will rebate to you at closing $5,000 to be used toward your closing costs paid from my Broker Referral Fee. (The Broker referral fee paid by the Builder must be at least 2% for this offer to be used)
