38,350 miles. PRICE DROPPED TO SELL
I purchased this RV in 2021 as a restoration project. I was drawn to it because of the low mileage (35,000 mi) on the Chevy 454 big block engine and its compact size (24.5 ft) for a class A, making it relatively easy to maneuver when driving. I am the 3rd owner.
The following are NEW items since 2021:
Electric step, Brakes, Shocks (with air shocks on the front), coach and engine batteries, Awning, Wheel Covers, Fresh water holding tank, RV electric converter.
Onan generator runs great with low hours, new starter, coil, oil, air and oil filters, and plugs.
Tires (16”) are 2018 with lots of tread.
Gas stove, gas/ elect fridge, a/c, plumbing all in working order. Black and grey tanks, and toilet in good repair. Gas furnace has new control board and works well.
7.41L 454 gas V8 Chevy engine (Big Block) with low mileage. Recent tune up, lubed, all filters replaced, oil change, all fluids topped. The engine runs good.
I put over 20k into this to date. It is solid.
Needs water heater if desired. Gas gage not 100% functional. It shows full when filled and drops down to about half as it is used. Best to top it off every 300+/- miles.
No leaks but roof will need a fresh coat at some point in time.
