Housing Wanted For Corporate Rentals (Indianapolis)

Cooper Investments Group is expanding and looking for properties to rent for short term rental clients. We are looking for homeowners and landlords to partner with for corporate relocation clients, traveling clients such as nurses, flight attendants, pilots, and so forth. We currently have locations in Chicago, Atlanta, Houston and Minneapolis.
All of our clients are screened ahead of time and we provide cleaning services free of charge. We will also provide $1,000,000 in property damage insurance, $1,000,000 in liability insurance should a claim be brought against us and rent protection insurance in case of any vacancies. That way you are protected and insured should anything happen.
What we are looking for:
We prefer long-term partnerships (1yr+).
Preferably single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and rooms in the northern, western and NW side of Indianapolis. We will consider other areas on a case by case basis.
We prefer safe and clean neighborhoods as our clients are frequent travelers.
Must be close to public transportation.
Please note if the property or room is already furnished. We can furnish it if it isn't.
Also please note if you allow pets as some of our nursing clients tend to bring their fur babies.
