I had cancer last summer and blew thru my savings. I lost my apartment so posted for a work for rent situation. Two responded. The first waited until I was out of town working and stole about $1,000 worth of tools claiming he'd set them on the curb. Because I had left them there I couldn't do much. The police say it's still an open investigation. Number 2 was worse. He stranded me miles from home, kept my remaining tools , knowing I could go get them, as I can't drive. My i d was also there, and now I'm rebuilding that. I was just released from Ezkanazi for pneumonia and now my present landlord has moved family in, leaving me scrambling . I am in the process of rebuilding my inventory of tools. I seek an HONEST person for a work for rent barter. I can give 15-20 hour labor in exchange for a room. I have an air mattress. I have over 30 years in remodeling and roofing, tho I do not roof any longer. I can provide references. I do top notch work, but after the cancer I can not work 40 hours a week. I can do roof repairs. If you need any kind of projects done, I can do them. Please respond with a good number, or email addy. Thanks for you time and interest.
