I am a single disabled 63yrs young lesbian woman, I am looking to rent out a room from someone on the east side of Indianapolis preferably on the bus line or close to it.
I pretty much keep to myself and I do have a health aid that comes during the week to help me. I have a very sweet 5 yr old cat that would be in my room. I do have my own furniture but if the room is furnished I can put it in storage.
I am looking to move on the 1st of June, The current room i am staying is on the west side and is just to difficult to get to my appointments on the east side. They will give you a reference if needed.
I am comfortable with $550 a month, but can pay more for the right place.
