We are a responsible, quiet couple seeking long-term housing on the south, southeast, or east side of Indianapolis. We are open to a private room with a private bathroom, a shared living arrangement (private bath preferred), or a 1–2 bedroom house or duplex—ideally through a private landlord.
Both of us work full-time, have reliable transportation, and live a quiet lifestyle. We do not smoke or use drugs and drink very very rarely like sip on some wine once every few months.
We are clean, self-sufficient, and respectful of property, shared spaces, and neighbors.
We have spent nearly a year in an extended-stay hotel without any issues or violations and are now looking for a more affordable, comfortable long-term home. While our credit is currently in the mid-500s, we are stable and responsible and can provide references and proof of employment upon request.
