I'm 63 white on SSI and needing inexpensive place to live. I can't do heavy lifting but have years of experience as a handyman. I have tools and can do lots of things including computer some carpentry. Molding, cabinets etc. Pretty much anything except roofing, heating/ac, major plumbing/electrical. Can change outlets, fixtures, light drywall repair, etc. Very open minded also. Just need a place that's somewhat private. I've been living in a recovery house for over a year now, and I'm ready to move on from all the rules curfews, not having visitors. I don't drink or use drugs. I do smoke cigarettes, but don't smoke in my car, and haven't smoked inside in decades, so that won't be an issue. Looking for a man that can use these terms. I am on limited income, but can keep up with rent/ food etc. If the price is right. Maybe some needed light repairs and other things around the home can take some rent off. I'm good with animals of many types. Not wanting to relocate.
