I have been in the trades for more than 30 years, primarily residential. The following is a partial list of what I offer.

RESIDENTIAL ONLY

Flooring; All but, hardwood and over 200' square tile
Drywall; install, repair, paint
Framing: any non load bearing new, removal, repair
Tile; Showers, baths, backsplash
Electric; replace fixtures (ceiling fans, lights and other existing)
Plumbing; same as electric
Exterior; Pressure wash, wall window door trim, repair, paint, and landscaping/hardscaping. I do not go over 10' high. No roofs

I work alone so, there won't be a lot of strangers in your home, just one.
