The relationships you build with current and new referral sources, the strategies you develop and implement, and the overall sales enthusiasm you bring to the table, will aid Kindred in our greatest focus, providing our patients with the right care in the proper setting.


The District Director of Sales & Marketing (DDSM) is responsible for the implementation, support, analysis, execution and training of the sales and marketing initiatives in their assigned hospitals. With the District's senior leadership, hospitals senior leadership and marketing staff, the DDSM will implement core standardized marketing and training practices and procedures to achieve the hospital's vision, mission and goals. The DDSM will provide support to enable their assigned hospitals to meet admissions and census goals, provide marketing leadership and support to their assigned facilities to meet business objectives. The DDSM is responsible for supporting, mentoring and leading the assigned district hospital sales teams.


Education: Bachelor's degree in related field. Master's degree preferred.
Licenses/Certification: Valid driver's license required; Clinical Licensure preferred. (RN/LPN/RT)
Experience: Minimum of five years senior sales management experience over the sales and marketing function for multiple teams, sites and/or locations. Five years hands on sales experience with direct responsibility for leading, training and managing sales teams. Experience driving the referral process through admissions along with development of comprehensive strategic marketing plans.
