2025 was a great year for our company (started in 1982 fyi), and we're looking for a few new sales pros from your entire Indianapolis area to make 2026 even better! My name is Kevin, yes, a real dude born and raised in NJ, and I'm a recruiter for a great company with an exciting opportunity for a few new sales pros from your area.
Very soon, thousands of customers will be calling every day in your Indiana area, after they've seen our nationwide commercials on major television channels, asking us to send sales representatives to their home when they're ready to buy one of our above-ground pools. But before we do that, we actually pre-approve all of our customer's credit before we agree to send you to their homes. You will never run a more qualified appointment. Our customers will be pre-approved for a loan and are ready to buy today, before you ever walk into their house! You're not going to their home if they aren't! Also, we're going to pay you $25 in gas money for each of your first 10 appointments, regardless of whether you close the deal, to help you out in the beginning. How cool is that?
Our lead generation department works extremely hard to provide you with at least 2-3 credit pre-approved appointments every day, and if you're just an average closer (which is okayyyy), you'll close at least 40-50% of every appointment you run!!! That's 4-6 sales per week times an average commission of $600-$800.00 PER SALE, plus bonuses, that's at least $2,500-3,500.00 PER WEEK! Now....If you have real experience as a sales closer, you will make enough money in the next 24 weeks (Pool season) to take the remaining 28 weeks off and come back ready to crush it again next season.
This position begins this Wednesday, March 4th, so you must be willing to start in-person training on that date, not earlier or later. You must be willing to start the training class on Wednesday, the 4th, to be considered for this position. If you're ok with that, I’d like to talk to you today.
