The Position:
This position is for a Sales Representative based in the Lafayette/Carmel/Indianapolis market. We
are looking for someone who loves to sell and solve problems. The right candidate will manage inbound
leads with the utmost care while also expanding their networks with Builders to create future
relationships. The Sales Representative will report directly to the CEO.
Requirements:
This position requires all aspects of the sales process. Therefore, one must have a track record of
qualifying and closing while also creating new relationships with Builders and potential clients.
One must also:
● Sell consultatively and not on price.
● Be humble in their approach, yet relentless in their efforts to achieve their goals.
● Effectively manage relationships over a long period of time.
● Have ample construction knowledge.
● Be effective at working a referral network.
● Be willing and able to follow a proven sales process that may appear non-traditional at first.
● Have strong levels of responsibility and be highly coachable and trainable.
Experience in selling construction products / services helpful but not required.
Experience in selling Insulation or Slabjacking a BONUS.
