We are looking for a highly motivated, independent, people-oriented person who has sales experience to take on the role of an Acquisitions Manager.

The goal and responsibilities of this job position as an Acquisition Managers consist of you talking and building rapport with the sellers, following up, negotiating the price down, and getting the purchase agreement signed.



Here are the traits/requirements we look for in an Acquisitions Manager:

You must be able to work Monday-Friday 10AM–7PM.
Minimum 2 years of business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record)
Experienced in Sales and Love it.
Extremely Strong Phone Skills
Ambitious, Hard-Working, and Smart.
Results-Driven
Strong Problem-Solving Skills with Solution-Oriented Focus.
Focused & Efficient
Always looking to grow and become better.
You're hungry to be a 6 figure+ earner.
Excellent Organizational, Time Management, and Follow-Up Skills.
Practices, Memorizes, and Internalizes Scripts.
Must have a great attitude and be coachable.
*What’s the Compensation?



*When you first start you will have the option to have a salary. This salary is negotiable. Once you're confident and comfortable with your job, you will have the option to turn the salary off and go full commission at 15% of Gross profits. This means you will have greater chances where you can earn anywhere from $75K - $100K+ a year, depending on the individual’s background, skill set, and talent.
