Looks like combination kit built building on custom platform (Plexiglas) with a very rustic, back woods, country look to it. Has several interior and 3 exterior lights that work on low voltage AC power.

It is old, dusty, has a few spots that need glue and paint; but, is very solid. Even has a swamp, waste discharge pond with an old tire in it. The brownish shrubs, weeds, ground cover is coming loose. Some is gone already.

Plexiglas base is 22” x 13-5/8”. Styrofoam sub base is 20 ½” x 12” x 2” thick. Over all height is 16 ¾” without 2 pieces that need re-attached (see PIC). They add another 1”.

Great accessory for an O scale/1:48 scale train (Lionel, MTH, MARX) or other type layout.
