Job Description:
We are a well established Millwork company that specializes in high - end commercial projects all across the United States. We are looking for an experienced and dependable Lead Cabinet Installer to take on the roll of leading our installation team. The ideal candidate has to have experience in cabinet installation, strong carpentry skills and has dedication to completing projects with excellence and precision.
Position Summary:
A perk to this position is traveling the US while leading high - end Millwork installs; company paid travel + per diem. Key Responsibilities:
-Install custom cabinetry in commercial settings throughout the United States
-Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and installation instructions
-Measure and prepare installation areas accurately
-Ensure high-quality fit and finish including; adjustments, trimming, and finishing work
-Communication to proper personnel ensure timely job completion
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-Load, unload, and transport cabinets and supplies to job sites
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a cabinet installer
-Ability to manage others as well as work apart of the team as a whole
-Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints
-Proficient with hand and power tools
-Provide a valid driver’s license
-Provide reliable transportation
-Ability to pay strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
-Ability to lift, move, and install heavy cabinetry and equipment
Mandatory:
Experience in custom cabinetry.
