Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Millwork Lead Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for the installation of high-end custom cabinetry , trim and architectural millwork in a commercial setting.
The Ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, has strong problem solving skills and can deliver a clean, professional finish on every project.
Key Responsibilities:
-Install custom cabinets, casework, trim and millwork according to shop drawings and specifications
-Read and interpret blueprints and layout plans
-Ensure precise measurements and alignment during installation
-Communicate effectively with project managers when necessary
- Troubleshoot installation changes and provide solutions
Qualifications:
-Experience in Millwork/ High-end Custom Cabinetry
-Ability to read and understand blueprints / shop drawings
-Valid drivers license
-Ability & knowledge to lead a team
