We are searching for a qualified person to manage on site personnel and construction activities for a project we have coming up in Indianapolis, IN. We will be accepting applications via email for this position. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits for a minimum of 2-year project. Looking for an individual with extensive construction experience in commercial multi-family renovations. Experience will include ability to read plans, general construction knowledge and problem-solving skills, bi-lingual is not required but is beneficial, ability to oversee employees and tasks, ability to oversee and manage schedule and changes to schedule if necessary, ability to track payroll, ability to price changes in work and submit and track change orders, and other duties.
