Location: Based in Noblesville, serving the greater Indianapolis area.

We are currently specializing in Kitchen Cabinet Painting (indoor/fine finish) and will transition into Exterior Painting as the weather warms up in the spring.

🛠️ Open Positions
1. Prep & Masking Specialist ($18 - $23/hr)
Experience: No experience required. We will train the right person.
The Role: You are the foundation of the project. You’ll be responsible for meticulous masking of kitchens, protecting floors/appliances, and surface prep.
Who you are: You have a high attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn a trade.
2. Lead Sprayer ($20 - $25/hr)
Experience: Previous Airless Spraying experience highly preferred.
The Role: Responsible for the final finish on kitchen cabinets and exterior siding. You must be comfortable with consistent, high-quality application and equipment maintenance.
Who you are: You are a pro with a spray gun who understands the nuances of different surfaces and coatings.
Requirements:

2) Reliable transportation to Noblesville and various job sites.
3) Punctual, hardworking, and professional.
4) Comfortable on ladders and able to lift 50 lbs.
