Retail construction superintendent
3-5 years experience preferred. At least 1 year is REQUIRED!!
Oversees daily construction activities at the job site.
Must have the ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
Responsible for the overall progress of the project as well as the scheduling of workers and the delivery of equipment and material.
Supervise daily operations on site.
Keep jobsite organized and clean to provide a safe and efficient working environment.
Maintain contact information of subcontractors and suppliers. (we provide the lists for you)
Smartphone is required for communication and taking photos.
Daily reports are required every morning showing how many contractors were onsite/hours/etc.
OSHA experience is beneficial
This position does require travel.
We will have upcoming projects that we will need superintendents for, but will complete hiring and onboarding ASAP.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,400.00 - $1,600.00 per week
