Select Corporation is hiring experienced Company Drivers for OTR loads in our Step Deck Division. We move high-value, oversized freight that doesn't fit on a standard flatbed – think industrial equipment, vehicles, building materials, and more. What We Offer:
Competitive pay: $3.30 – $10.00 per mile (based on experience), averaging $3,000 – $5,000/week

Requirements:
Valid CDL Class A license
Minimum 2 years of CDL-A OTR experience
Step Deck or flatbed experience
Ability to secure and tarp loads as needed
OTR availability – ready to run consistent miles
Clean MVR and CSA score
Detail-oriented, safety-focused driver
