MigWay is hiring experienced CDL A OTR drivers.
This is not a starter fleet. We run a controlled operation with real miles, modern equipment, and in-house dispatch that plans instead of guessing.
💰 PAY BY TRUCK TYPE
Automatic Transmission (Dry Van)
- $0.65 CPM
- Up to $0.10 CPM performance bonus
- Average weekly pay: $1,600 - $2,200
Manual / Flatbed
- Up to $0.10 CPM performance bonus
- Up to $0.70 CPM total
Higher earning potential with flatbed freight

✅ REQUIREMENTS
-Valid CDL A
- 2+ years recent OTR experience
- Clean driving record
