Independent FedEx Custom Critical contractor seeking professional CDL-A TEAM drivers ready to run expedite, time-sensitive, no-touch freight nationwide. This is an opportunity to get in early and help launch a new FedEx Custom Critical truck from day one!

💰 Compensation & Equipment

• Team Pay: 40% of gross load revenue (avg. $2,500–$3,500 per driver weekly)
• Typical truck gross: $12,000–$17,000/week
• Weekly direct deposit settlements
• Late-model Freightliner/Volvo sleeper trucks
• No-touch freight with 24/7 dispatch & fleet support
• Fuel card provided

🧭 Responsibilities

• Operate safely and efficiently on OTR expedite routes
• Meet strict pickup/delivery windows for time-critical freight
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, inspections, and trip docs
• Work closely with your co-driver and dispatch team

✅ Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (unrestricted; U.S. domiciled)
• 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
• Teams only (no solo positions)
• Clean MVR and background
• DOT physical & drug test required
• Must meet FedEx Custom Critical eligibility standards

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Expedite experience (FedEx CC, Panther, Load One, etc.)
• Active U.S. Security Clearance (Secret or higher) — preferred
• Hazmat/TSA endorsement a plus
