This is a confirmed reservation. You will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement. Once the payment is received and cleared, the reservation will be put into your name. You must be 21+ years of age to check in. The person who's name that is to be put on the rental lease must be willing to send proof of their age with a form of photo id in order to rent from us. That person must be present in order for their group to be allowed to check in without advance emailed permission from us to the resort. A credit card imprint is required at check-in for incidentals. No smoking inside building.
We are the owners. You are not required to attend a timeshare presentation, however the presentation is very interesting and you will receive a nice gift.
