Need mock jurors to participate in a simulated jury selection for a death penalty case. The mock jury selection will last approximately one hour and will be at the Marion County Public Defender Agency on the near east side.

You will be required to sign a confidentiality form and you'll receive a $15 gift card for your participation. You must be 18 to participate. No one working, interning, or volunteering for any of the following are permitted to be mock jurors:

Any law enforcement organization
Any probation or parole organization
Any prosecuting organization (including AG office)
Any court

Employees of the Marion County Public Defender Agency may participate if their schedule allows but they are not eligible for the $15 gift card.
