I have a brand new exhaust downpipe for a 4.0L TJ Wrangler. It is the more-expensive California (CARB) version with the light-off catalyst in the downpipe. The part number on it is 52019435, but that may just be the light-off cat number, not the full assembly part number. It is for the 1998 model year, but should fit any 4.0L TJ that uses the same style exhaust hanger.
